Hospital of the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Dr. Popkave is board
certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular
Disease. Dr. Popkave is Chief of Cardiology at Warren Hospital. |

Mascarenhas received his undergraduate degree from the S.P. Chowgule
College of the University of Bombay India and his medical degree from
Seth G.S. Medical College in Bombay, India. He completed and Internship,
Residency and Fellowship at K.E.M Hospital in Bombay, India. He also
completed three years of Cardiology training, and one year of
Interventional Cardiology training at St.Vincent Hospital in Worcester,
MA. He also completed training in Nuclear Cardiology at University of MA
Medical Center in Worcester, MA. |

completed residency in Internal Medicine at Long Island College
Hospital, Brooklyn, NY, and a Cardiology Fellowship at Beth Israel
Medical Center, LICH, NY and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at
Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY. |
